Each holiday we experiment a little in the kitchen. This year, so far, we've tried our hand at several new soups, some new appetizers, and a delicious new bread pudding recipe! Good eatin' at the Shurden house! Would've never made it without Rosalyn's help though. She's turning into a perfect little Betty Crocker!

You guys sound so domestic! What wonderful smells must be coming from the Shurden kitchen. Tuan and I misplaced our george grant Christmas book y'all gave us--it is sorely missed and doesn't seem like Christmas without it.
We are going to be at TL all of next week, so if y'all have down time, call us! We would love to see y'all. Somebody put books in Nate's truck? Maybe it was a guardian angel, sent to influence Nate's theology. Maybe Dr. Thomas did it. I don't know . . . Seems like a good place to put some books a person doesn't want. Kind of like sending missionaries the junk you don't want around the house. (Hey, they're poor and in ministry, they'll take anything). Love y'all!
These pictures are so sweet! I hope you have a very Merry Christmas!!!
